The following Terms and Conditions of Order apply to all orders, whether for goods or services (excluding samples) (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”), placed with sallux (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’).

1. The product’s colour may vary from the images shown on the website or in any printed material. Please see the product image with the white background on each product page to get the best representation of the true colour. Although we’ve done everything possible to display the colours accurately, we cannot promise that your device will display the colours correctly. We recommend that you always opt for buying actual samples from our website. Do not worry any credit spent on samples will be given back as coupon to spend of future products orders.
   
   
2. All Goods are covered by a two-year manufacturing warranty which shall commence from the date of delivery. It is expressly agreed that this warranty shall not cover repairs due to ordinary wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage or other causes beyond our control. It is to be clearly understood, that the above warranty does not subsist under any circumstance whatsoever should the Goods be used by the Buyer for any purpose other than that stipulated.
   
   
   
3. The Company will have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity sustained by the Buyer.
   
   
   
4. The Buyer’s information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes as set out in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
   
5. The Company may transfer their rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
   
   
   
6. This contract is solely between the Company and the Buyer. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
   
   
   
7. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force.
   
   
   
8. This Contract of Sale between the Company and the Buyer shall be governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from the contractual agreement between the Company and the Buyer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese court.
   
   
   
9. Any damages claims are to be substantiated by photographic evidence and the recipient must ensure that any damages are noted on the courier’s delivery document.
   
   
   
10. Goods Delivery fees are included for Malta and Gozo. Samples delivery is charged at €6 per delivery.
    
    
    
11. Coupons and offers has expiry period. Coupons beyond expiry date are not accepted whilst offers can only be used during the validity period.
    
    
    
12. Coupons covering samples cost including delivery fee has an expiry period of 60 days. Please ensure utilisation of such coupon during the valid period.
    
    
    
13. Delivery of ordered goods shall be within 10 – 15 working days. Although we do our utmost to keep within our stipulated timeframes, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Festive seasons and similar period might affect this timeframe.
    
    
    
14. We do not allow goods returns unless this request is purely a result of a damage or any kind of negligence from our end.
    
    
    
15. Samples are non-returnable. Please dispose of any unwanted samples in an environmentally friendly manner.
