Technicalities
Do I need to assemble my furniture?
Your furniture will be delivered ready and assembled. All you need to do is place it in its designated space, store your belonging, showcase your memorabilia, decorate it, and enjoy it.
Can I do some changes to my order?
Once an order is submitted, it is synced directly to our CAD-CAM software which initiates the production process. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to change your confirmed order, however, we suggest that you, contact us should you require any adjustments. We will do our utmost to help.
Measuring your space
When measuring your space, consider skirting, light switches, fixtures and any electric/socket outlets. Additionally ensure that there is adequate clearance for doors and drawers, to avoid collisions, obstructions or clearance problems.

What is the usable depth of a compartment?
- The usable depth of an open compartment is determined by deducting 2.8cm from the overall depth.
- If a door is present within your compartment a 5.6cm is to be deducted from the overall width to establish the usable depth.
- A shelf is recessed inwards by 3cm from the carcass. The usable depth for shelves can be established by deducting 5.8cm from the overall depth.
- Drawer depth is determined not solely on the product overall depth but also on the drawer rail opted for based on available space. We are more than happy to assist further once your overall product depth is established. Contact us for further information.
How much weight can a shelf hold?
A shelf can hold up to 25kg.
How much weight can each drawer hold?
Each drawer can hold up to 25kg.
Do I have to fix my item to the wall?
It is mandatory that furniture products that exceed 60cm in height and/or 130cm in width or contains drawers within the composition, these are to be fastened to a secure structure. Hardware will be provided with your packaged product.
How do I take care of my product?
- Do not place your furniture items too close to heat sources such as radiators and/or an open flame.
- Avoid using strong chemicals but opt for gentle furniture cleaners.
- Use a soft, moist cloth to clean your furniture item.
- Quickly wipe up any spills – do not let liquids stand on your furniture. MFC material absorbs liquid and might swell.

Customisation
Being that you are producing personalised furniture to order can you cater for custom furniture designs not through your configurator?
We want to adopt an approach whereas our configurator caters for general customer demands. We want to move away from developing products on demand due to the expensive process to develop each product from scratch and the inability to test thoroughly.
In order for us to establish our configurator’s limitations and rules we have conducted endless number of tests.
Nevertheless, do not hesitate to contact us and share your product suggestions. We are always eager to listen to our customers’ needs and demands.
My Order
How long does it take for me to receive my ordered product?
Production for personalised items is processed once an order is placed, we purely manufacture to order. We require 10 – 15 workings days to process and deliver an order.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been completed and ready for dispatch you will be contacted to organise delivery. Delivery time bracket will be communicated with you at least 24 hours before delivery time. Do not worry if you are unable to be present in the suggested delivery date and time bracket, we can organise delivery at another time during delivery hours. Due to inability to determine exact timing for delivery our delivery is always schedule with a 3 hours’ time window bracket.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
We offer free delivery up to ground floor for all our personalised products to anywhere in Malta and Gozo. Samples are delivered at a fee of €6, which can be redeemed on future product orders.
How is the furniture delivered?
Our furniture is assembled and packed within our factory. Our delivery team will deliver your personalised product up to the ground floor.
Returns & Issues
Can I return my item?
We do not allow returns unless this request is a result of a damage or any kind of negligence from our end. Each and every furniture piece was uniquely manufactured according to you taste and needs and cannot be returned.

What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, if this is not the case, we are here to solve any issue.
Get in touch with us here, and we will guide you through the process. It is crucial to highlight any packaging damages on the delivery note provided by the courier. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.
